You can easily update some of your personal details (first name, last name, and date of birth) through the Client Portal.
How to Update Your Personal Details
Log in to Your Client Portal: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.
Navigate to the Profile Section: Once logged in, click the profile icon (showing the first two letters of your name) in the top-right corner of the page.
Select the Profile Info Option: Within the dropdown menu, choose “Profile Info” to continue with the update account details process.
Select Update option: When you click “Update”, a message will appear informing you that changes to your personal details may reset your account verification. You will need to verify your identity again before you can access all Level 1 (fully verified) features.
If you’re okay with that, click “Proceed”, make your changes, and then “Save.”
Please note that phone number, email address, and country of residence cannot be changed directly in the Client Portal. To update these details, please contact our Support Team at support@tradequo.com.
