Use the following subject format:
“Request to Change Registered Email – Client ID: [Your Client ID]”Include Your Personal Details
In the body of the email, please provide the following information:Full Name
Client ID
Phone Number
Old Email Address
New Email Address (to be updated)
Complete Identity Verification
Once we receive your request, our Support Team will send you a verification link. Please complete the identity verification process to confirm your update. The request will be proceeded within 24 hours.
