How can I find my Wallet ID?

To find your Wallet ID in the Client’s portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Your Member Area: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.

2. Navigate to the Balances section: Once you have successfully logged in, locate the menu bar on the left-hand side of the page. Click on the “Balances” section in the menu bar.

3. Select Your Desired Wallets: In the Balances section, find the EWallet for which you want to define the Wallet ID. You can use the currency filter (fiat/coins/stable coins) to narrow down the options or enter the currency directly in the search bar.

4. Find Your Wallet ID: Click on the desired EWallet, and you will be able to find the Wallet ID under the “Currency Name”. Your Wallet ID will be displayed in number format.
