You can easily reset your MT4/MT5 password by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Client portal.
Step 2: From the menu, go to the Platforms section.
Step 3: Under Platforms section, select either MT4 or MT5.
Step 4: Select the MT4/MT5 account you want to reset the password for.
Step 5: In the Settings section, find Password and click Change. You’ll see two options here: Change Master Password or Investment Password.
Master password: Master password grants you full access to your trading account.
Investment password: This is a (read-only) password that allows limited access to your account as you can view opened and closed trades but cannot place any new trades.
Step 6: Check your email for the new password.
