No, the base currency of an existing trading account cannot be changed once it has been created.
If you wish to use a different base currency, you can open a new trading account in your preferred currency through your Client Portal. Simply:
Log in to Your Client Portal: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.
Navigate to the Platforms Section: Once logged in, locate and click on the “Platforms” tab in the main navigation menu.
Select Your Trading Platform: Choose either MT4 or MT5 as your preferred trading platform.
Start by Adding an Account: Press “Add Account”. On the next screen, pick your trading product and then choose the base currency.
Once the new account is created, you may transfer funds internally from your existing account if needed. If you encounter any issues while adding an account, please contact our support team at support@tradequo.com for further assistance.
