How Can I Withdraw If I Used More Than One Deposit Method?

|

If you’ve made deposits using multiple payment methods, your withdrawals must follow our MIMO (Multiple In, Multiple Out) policy.

Withdrawal Sequence Under the MIMO Policy

  1. Withdraw via Original Deposit Methods First
You are required to withdraw funds up to the original deposit amount through the same payment method(s) used for your deposits before selecting any other withdrawal options.

  2. Credit/Debit Card Deposits
If you deposit using a credit or debit card, the corresponding refund (withdrawal) must first be processed back to that same card up to the total amount deposited through it.

  3. Other Deposit Methods
Once all withdrawals matching your deposit amounts have been completed, you may then request additional withdrawals through your other available funding methods (e.g., bank transfer).
