Marvell bondit de 9 % après son intégration au S&P 500

Le concepteur de puces d'IA prolonge son rallye alors que les investisseurs saluent sa prochaine intégration à l'indice boursier américain de référence.

Les actions de Marvell Technology ont bondi de près de 9 % dans les transactions pré-marché lundi après que la société a été sélectionnée pour rejoindre le S&P 500. Cette annonce apporte un nouveau coup de pouce à un titre qui a déjà enregistré des gains exceptionnels cette année.

Le concepteur de puces axé sur l'IA fera officiellement partie de l'indice de référence le 22 juin, selon S&P Global.

Marvell était en hausse de 8,8 % avant la cloche d'ouverture et a progressé de 210 % depuis le début de l'année. La société, valorisée à environ 230 milliards de dollars, prendra sa place parmi les 500 plus grandes entreprises cotées en bourse aux États-Unis.

Dans le même temps, l'entreprise de fabrication électronique Flex entrera également dans le S&P 500, tandis que Pool Corp et The Campbell’s Company s'apprêtent à quitter l'indice plus tard ce mois-ci.
