You may be unable to open a new trading account because you have reached the maximum account limit.

Account limit:
Each account type: Standard, Raw, Limitless, and Zero (available on MT5 only) is limited to two (2) trading accounts per nominated currency across both MT4 and MT5 platforms.

Example:
If your chosen trading currency is USD, you can open up to two accounts for each type, such as:

  • 2 Standard (USD) accounts

  • 2 Raw (USD) accounts

  • 2 Limitless (USD) accounts

  • 2 Zero (USD) accounts (MT5 only)

If you wish to trade in another currency, such as EUR, you can also open up to two accounts per account type in EUR separately.
